How fast can I actually launch?
The platform side is about a week — the timeline above runs Day 1 to Day 5, from the first call to taking deposits, because you are configuring software that already exists rather than commissioning it. What sits outside that week is anything external: a gaming licence in a regulated market, or a payment provider’s own onboarding. We map those dates with you on the first call, so the whole plan is on one page and not just our part of it.
Who owns the brand?
You do. The name, identity and assets are yours, and they remain yours if you leave. A brand you do not own is not a brand, it is a rental.
Do you design the brand for us?
No — and you should be wary of anyone who says the naming and identity are free. You bring the brand; we make it something you can change yourself, on a live casino, in real time, instead of raising a ticket with us every time it moves.
What can actually be changed without a developer?
From the panel, applied live: name, logo and favicon; colour palette, typography and theme; the layout of the lobby; site and promotional copy; the currencies you offer and the payment, game and KYC providers you are already integrated with; deposit and wager limits, bonus campaigns, anti-fraud rules and mission mechanics. The boundary is honest — a provider or feature nobody has integrated yet is work for us, and on the first call we tell you exactly how long that one takes before you commit.
What if I need a feature you do not have yet?
We build it, as fast as it can be built — new features and integrations are the normal course of the work, not an exception. On the call we give you a real timeline for it before you commit, so you are deciding on a date rather than a promise.
What is the difference between a classic and a sweepstakes casino?
A classic casino takes real-money wagers and needs a gaming licence in each market it operates in. A sweepstakes casino uses a dual-currency model — play coins and redeemable coins — which is how operators enter the US without a state-by-state gaming licence. We support both on the same platform.
Do I need a gaming licence?
For a classic real-money casino, yes, in every market you operate in. For sweepstakes in the US, no state gaming licence is required, though the model has its own rules. We will tell you which route fits your market before you commit.
Can I migrate off your platform later?
Yes, and you can take everything with you: we provide a full export of your players, transactions and configuration in standard formats. You own your brand and your player data outright — we do not hold them hostage to keep you. A platform that has to trap you has already lost the argument.
Who owns the player data?
You do. We process it to run your casino; we do not resell it, and we do not use it to run anybody else's.
What does payment routing actually do?
When a deposit is declined by one provider, we automatically retry it through alternative providers in the same session, until it clears. The player sees a successful deposit rather than an error — and you keep revenue you already paid to acquire.
How many games and providers do you support?
Slots, live dealer, table games, crash and instant-win, through a single integration, from the providers operators actually ask for. We will give you the exact current catalogue number on the call — we do not win the raw game-count comparison against the largest vendors and will not pretend to, and the honest number costs us nothing.
